Jau otro reizi Grobiņā notika Vikingu dienas, kuru ietvaros nozīmīga daļa tika veltīta vēstures popularizēšanai. Ar to nodarbojās vēstures rekonstrukcijas biedrības gan no Latvijas, gan ārvalstīm, tostarp arī “Senzeme”, demonstrējot senos amatus, cīņas un sadzīves ainas. Visā visumā pasākums kļūst par jauku tradīciju.

For the second time in Grobin (known as Seeburg in Viking age) event called “Days of the Vikings in Grobin” took place. During the festivities, important place was assigned to the promotion of history of the region. This was done by  reenactment groups from Latvia and other countries, “Senzeme” among them. Craft skills , scenes from the life of our ancestors as well as combat demonstrations took place. All in all this event is becoming a nice tradition.
